What to expect

Three hours on site. Ninety seconds in the air.

Kuwait Skydive & Fly is Kuwait's first specialised skydiving centre, operating from Al Khiran in Ahmadi Governorate — about 80 km south of Kuwait City along the Gulf coast. Tandems jump from 13,000 ft over the Al Khiran coastal area, with the Arabian Gulf forming the horizon during freefall and the canopy ride. Operations run weekends year-round; the seasonal promo cycle is well established (Hala February deals, Ramadan family packages). The operation is USPA-certified end-to-end. Equipment is federal-certified, and the gear stack receives monthly third-party inspections — operational hygiene that's not the regional norm and worth flagging for first-time tandems. The instructor team also runs full AFF and Static Line licensing programmes for residents and visitors pursuing a USPA A-licence. Booking is primarily via @kuwaitskydive on Instagram (51,600+ followers), where promo windows are announced and capacity allocations are confirmed. The right jump for Kuwait residents and expat travellers in the Gulf who want a domestic-currency tandem without flying to Dubai, for licensing-track students choosing between Kuwait and Skydive Dubai's Desert Campus (Kuwait is meaningfully cheaper, Dubai has higher load factors), and for visitors curious about Kuwait's small but credible aerosport scene. Skydive Dubai (Palm and Desert), iFly Dubai, and Inflight Dubai in the UAE are the larger Gulf cluster alternatives; Gravity Indoor Skydiving in Bahrain is the regional indoor alternative. Tandem pricing starts at KWD 99, and the operation holds a 4.6 Google rating across a couple of hundred reviews. Al Khiran is Kuwait's southern resort strip — the Sabah Al Ahmad Sea City canal development sits alongside the jump area and gives the canopy ride its most distinctive visual.

Operator-managed cancellations & date changesKuwait Skydive & Fly · cancellation summary
Cancellation

Contact operator for cancellation and rescheduling terms. Weather cancellations typically rescheduled at no charge.

Weather holds

Skydiving is weather-dependent. If the dropzone can't fly safely they'll reschedule you at no charge — or arrange a full refund if a new date doesn't suit.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. The dropzone confirms the timing.

After booking you’ll be in direct contact with the dropzone — any change or refund is arranged with them. SiA’s team is here if you need us.

Common questions

Eight real anxieties, addressed.

Tandem operators set their own weight limit (commonly around 90–115 kg) and confirm borderline cases on the day — check the exact limit with this dropzone when you enquire. AFF students have no upper limit but must fit the rig comfortably.

Our skydiving experience yesterday was absolutely unforgettable. The entire team was professional, friendly, and made us feel completely safe from start to finish. The briefing was clear, the instructors were amazing, and their energy really boosted our confidence. The jump itself was incredible — breathtaking views, smooth exit, and an experience we’ll never forget. We also loved how the staff celebrated the moment with us afterwards, making the whole day even more special. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an unforgettable adventure. We’ll definitely come back for another jump!
