Skydive EFES is operated by Türk Hava Kurumu — the Turkish Aeronautical Association, Turkey's national aerosport federation — from Selçuk on the Aegean coast in İzmir Province, near the ancient city of Ephesus. Tandems jump from approximately 4,000 m (~13,000 ft) over the rolling Aegean coastline with views of the Ephesus archaeological zone, Mount Pion, and the Aegean Sea horizon. Professional camera footage is included in every package — both hand-cam and outside-camera coverage where available. The federation framing matters: as a national aerosport authority operation rather than a private commercial DZ, Skydive EFES applies federal regulatory standards to instructor certification, equipment maintenance, and operational windows. The operator is a USPA member club. Beyond tandem first-timers, the dropzone runs a full Accelerated Freefall (AFF/HSD) programme, advanced coaching, and wingsuit flying for licensed jumpers — pricing on inquiry for the training tracks. Group bookings of four or more attract a per-person discount. The right jump for travellers on a Turkey itinerary including Ephesus, Pamukkale, or Şirince, for couples adding an unusual tandem to a Mediterranean trip, and for licensed jumpers visiting Turkey wanting to add a national-federation DZ to their logbook. Cancellation & policies.
Cancellations and date changes are arranged directly with the dropzone — message them anytime, and SiA steps in if needed.
Skydiving is weather-dependent. If the dropzone can't fly safely they'll reschedule you at no charge — or arrange a full refund if a new date doesn't suit.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. The dropzone confirms the timing.

Eight real anxieties, addressed.
Tandem operators set their own weight limit (commonly around 90–115 kg) and confirm borderline cases on the day — check the exact limit with this dropzone when you enquire. AFF students have no upper limit but must fit the rig comfortably.

Most jumpers drive or use Grab/Bolt. Free on-site parking. Plan a 2-hour buffer before your manifest slot for traffic + check-in.
Block 3–4 hours on site for tandem (briefing + climb + jump + canopy). AFF students should plan a full day.
