Partner Terms & Commission Structure
Last updated: March 17, 2026
These Partner Terms govern the relationship between Skydive In Asia (“the Platform”) and dropzone operators or service providers (“Operators”) who list skydiving experiences on the Platform.
By creating or claiming a listing and accepting bookings through Skydive In Asia, the Operator agrees to the following terms.
⸻
1. Platform Role
Skydive In Asia operates as an online marketplace and booking platform that connects customers with independent skydiving operators.
Skydive In Asia is not the operator of any skydiving activity and does not provide skydiving services directly. All skydiving operations are conducted solely by the listed Operator.
⸻
2. Commission Structure
Skydive In Asia charges a commission on bookings made through the Platform.
The applicable commission percentage is displayed within the Operator’s partner dashboard.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Early partner launch rate: 15% commission
- Standard platform rate: up to 20% commission
Commission is automatically deducted from the booking transaction at the time of payment.
The Platform may revise commission structures in the future with reasonable notice to Operators.
⸻
3. Payments & Payouts
Payments are processed securely through Stripe Connect.
Customer payments are collected by the Platform and automatically distributed according to the commission structure.
Operator payouts are transferred to the Operator’s connected Stripe account in accordance with Stripe’s payout schedule and applicable payment processing timelines.
Operators are responsible for ensuring their Stripe account details, tax information, and payout settings remain accurate and active.
⸻
4. Listing Requirements
Operators must maintain accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information within their listings, including but not limited to:
- pricing
- package inclusions
- availability
- location details
- aircraft and jump altitude information
- safety requirements or restrictions
Misleading or inaccurate listings may result in:
- listing suspension
- booking cancellation
- removal from the Platform
⸻
5. Safety & Operational Responsibility
Operators are solely responsible for:
- conducting all skydiving activities
- safety briefings and procedures
- equipment maintenance
- instructor qualifications
- aircraft operations
- compliance with local aviation authorities and safety regulations
Skydive In Asia assumes no operational responsibility for the skydiving activities provided by Operators.
⸻
6. Marketing & Media Usage
By listing on Skydive In Asia, Operators grant the Platform permission to use publicly available or operator-provided photos, videos, and media related to the Operator’s dropzone or services for the purpose of promoting the Platform and the Operator.
This may include use across:
- the Skydive In Asia website
- social media channels
- digital marketing campaigns
- newsletters and promotional materials
Where reasonably possible, Skydive In Asia will credit or tag the Operator when using such media.
Operators retain ownership of their media content.
⸻
7. Refunds & Cancellations
Operators must honour the refund and cancellation policies displayed on their listing.
Customer disputes related to cancellations, weather delays, or operational issues will be handled through the Platform’s dispute resolution process.
⸻
8. Platform Conduct
Operators agree to maintain professional conduct and respond to customer bookings and inquiries in a timely manner.
Repeated failure to respond to booking requests or poor customer service may result in reduced listing visibility or removal from the Platform.
⸻
9. Termination
Either party may terminate participation on the Platform at any time.
Skydive In Asia reserves the right to suspend or remove listings that violate Platform policies or applicable regulations.
Existing confirmed bookings must still be honoured unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
⸻
10. Changes to Terms
Skydive In Asia may update these Partner Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
