Bookings made through Skydive In Asia are requests to reserve a skydiving experience with the selected Dropzone.

All bookings are subject to operator availability and confirmation.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the details of the selected experience before completing a booking.

Payments for bookings are processed through secure third-party payment providers such as Stripe.

By completing a booking, you authorize the payment provider to charge the total booking amount.

Prices are displayed in the currency specified on the listing and may include platform service fees.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the Dropzone operator.

Customers must review the cancellation policy displayed on the listing before booking.

Weather conditions may require rescheduling of skydives. In such cases, the operator may offer:

• a rescheduled jump
• a refund in accordance with their cancellation policy

6. Skydiving Risks

Skydiving is an inherently risky activity.

By participating in a skydiving experience booked through the Platform, customers acknowledge and accept the risks associated with skydiving.

All operational aspects of the skydiving experience are the responsibility of the Dropzone operator, including:

• aircraft operations
• instructor qualifications
• equipment maintenance
• safety procedures
• compliance with aviation regulations

Skydive In Asia is not responsible for the conduct or operations of Dropzones.

• operator negligence

• delays, rescheduling, or operational changes by the Dropzone

Our role is limited to providing the online booking platform.
