What to expect

Three hours on site. Ninety seconds in the air.

Unique Clouds Skydiving is Saudi Arabia's first GACA-licensed commercial dropzone and a USPA member club — the only commercial tandem operation in the Kingdom that combines both Saudi General Authority of Civil Aviation regulatory licensing and USPA international accreditation. The dropzone operates from Al Qassim City, about three hours' drive north of Riyadh through the central Saudi desert. Tandems jump from 13,000 ft over the surrounding Qassim agricultural plains and oasis landscape, with around sixty seconds of freefall before the canopy ride. Three pricing tiers structure the offering: Standard is the bare tandem jump, Premium adds hand-cam media (instructor-filmed footage from the air), and Deluxe adds a second instructor flying alongside for cinematic outside-camera coverage. Beyond first-time tandems, Unique Clouds runs a full Accelerated Free Fall licensing curriculum — making it the only practical pathway to a USPA A-licence inside Saudi Arabia. Pricing across all tiers is confirmed at booking. The right jump for Riyadh-based residents and Gulf expat travellers who want a domestic Saudi tandem rather than flying to Dubai or Kuwait, for licensing-track students seeking an in-Kingdom AFF pathway, and for visitors curious about Saudi Arabia's small but emerging aerosport ecosystem. Skydive Dubai (Palm and Desert campuses), Kuwait Skydive & Fly, and Gravity Indoor Skydiving in Bahrain are the established Gulf alternatives if Saudi-domestic operation isn't a requirement. Standard-tier pricing starts around SAR 1,800, and the early 4.4 Google review base is building as Saudi domestic tourism opens up. The cooler October–March months are the comfortable window for the central desert.

Common questions

Eight real anxieties, addressed.

Tandem operators set their own weight limit (commonly around 90–115 kg) and confirm borderline cases on the day — check the exact limit with this dropzone when you enquire. AFF students have no upper limit but must fit the rig comfortably.

Block 3–4 hours on site for tandem (briefing + climb + jump + canopy). AFF students should plan a full day.
