The Syangboche-based Everest Skydive is the highest commercial tandem operation on earth — exit altitude is 23,000-29,000 ft from a Pilatus Porter, with Mount Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam in the freefall panorama. The expedition runs only in November (post-monsoon, optimal Himalayan visibility), as a 7-10 day all-inclusive package from USD 22,000-30,000 covering Lukla flights, acclimatisation, oxygen, jumps, and accommodation at Syangboche's Hotel Everest View. This is bucket-list, not casual: jumpers must be physically capable of trekking at altitude, hold a current parachute license or qualify for tandem with prior skydive experience, and book 6-12 months ahead.
